Personal data & GDPR

What we collect

A single piece of data is collected on this site: the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email address, project type, message). No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no behavioral analytics.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your message. No marketing emails, no automated outreach, no third-party sharing.

How long we keep it

Three years from the last exchange. Beyond that, automatic deletion.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, regulation 2016/679), you have rights to access, rectify, port, object to and erase the data we hold about you. To exercise them, email contact@alinkka.net — we reply within 30 days.

Cookies

No tracking cookies are set by this site. Any technical cookies eventually used are strictly necessary for operation (session, language preference) and exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy directive.

Analytics (Plausible, plausible.io) operates without cookies or persistent identifiers — see Plausible's privacy policy.

Sub-processors

We work with the following providers to operate this site:

  • Hostinger (Cyprus) — hosting.
  • Resend (United States) — outbound emails from the contact form (your message transits through Resend to reach our inbox).
  • Plausible Analytics (Germany) — anonymous audience measurement.

All of these providers are GDPR-compliant via standard contractual clauses or an adequate framework recognized by EU authorities.

Governing law

This site is published from Benin. Any dispute related to the use of the site, failing amicable resolution, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cotonou — without prejudice to mandatory consumer law provisions applicable at the visitor's place of residence (in particular within the European Union).
